With TLE 16 Wk Workshop Focus & Support you’ll get the knowledge you need to make the changes you’ve wanted to make and an advocate who cares as much as you do about your goals and dreams.

Why do I need TLE Support after Workshop?
I’ve learned the hard way that people rarely think they need on-going support, and that’s understandable. It’s easy to feel that if you’ve got the information and you’ve got a few month’s practice under your belt that you’ve got it – no need for support. But, within a few months, the drifting begins…back into patterns that have been in place for years. The old patterns are “worn deep”. The new ones haven’t had time to become fully established yet.
People simply do not make permanent lifestyle changes in 4 months. If you want to be free -truly free – it’s going to take consistent support over time.
I’m not interested in helping anyone lose weight only to gain it back again. My hope and earnest prayer for you (and for me) is true lasting vibrant health in mind and body.
Here’s what I know:
